There’s no native advertising on All Tied Up, no promotional material pretending to be real content, no paid reviews. Once a month I publish a post thanking this blog’s sponsors for making it possible to keep every other post on this blog native advertisement free.

One of the sponsors this month –, an internet MTM, about which you can read on this very blog here and here. This company based in Bangalore, India provides reasonably priced and high-quality product, with a lot of handwork involved, and virtually limitless customization options. The company is also known for their excellent customer service.

They’ve recently revamped their website again, and the new one is clean and nice. The new customization tool allowing you to decide on the details of the order is finally functional – and it’s pretty awesome. The number of available options trumps any other online MTM I’ve seen, and allows for personalization of even very small details.

For spring and summer, polo shirt (or popovers made of cotton pique) will surely be a great choice. Similarly, shorts. If you ever found yourself wanting a pair of shorts with some sartorial details like pleats or side adjustors, but couldn’t find any to buy – Luxire will surely make them for you.

Benevento is a company making trousers. They have over 20 years of experience in this area, and they utilize it well: they make very good, both quality- and design-wise, product, mostly using British fabrics.

While ordering, you can ask for custom changes – both when it comes to measurements, and details. Side tabs, button fly, pleats. Two basic fit types (regular and slim), variety of sizes (both waist and inseam), and possibility of custom modifications makes it possible to get a very well-fitting pair of trousers for various body types. A long awaited configuration tool is now being tested, and feedback from selected customers is collected, to make the tool fit the customers’ need as well as possible. I think that reflects the philosophy of this blog as well – it’s better to wait a bit more and get a great product or service, rather than get something subpar immediately.

Spring’s here, so it may be worthwhile to think about a pair of lightweight wool trousers – and Benevento has several nice VBC fabrics to offer, including this interesting navy windowpane pictured above. is a distributor of shoes by a Spanish brand Yanko, and more recently, a new brand, TLB Mallorca. Founded by a young artisan specializing in handmade footwear, Toni Llobera Barcel√≥, TLB offers shoes that are, frankly, spectacular. From beautiful, dynamic lasts to high-quality leathers from Italian and French tanneries, tanned with traditional methods. All the shoes are made with Goodyear Welted construction in TLB’s workshop.

It’s a fresh brand, but founded by people who know what they’re doing and have experience. The effect they aim to achieve is one that will please a demanding customer.

A long-time sponsor of the blog, – a brand that selles beautiful and high-quality accessories. Their products are usually in limited supply, and are made in Poland by hand using mostly Italian and British fabrics.

Grenadine ties are my favourite, I think; if I were to wear one tie until the day I die, it’d be grenadine. It’s subtle, but not boring. Poszetka introduced ties made with fabric woven this way, but made with silk-linen mix, perfect for summer.

Poszetka also broadens their offer all the time – and now they’ve got knee socks in several classic colours. They’ll work beautifully with a classic suit or a tuxedo, but also with a less formal outfits with wool trousers.
